Crash Bars Combo (Lower and Upper)
Thanks to the four mounting points each side, we could utilize 22mm diameter tubing. The result is 2.7kg for the lower crash bars and only 5.6kg for both upper and lower crash bars together!
We’e also developed our own skid plate
We don’t guarantee colour matching between our crash bars’ colours and parts of your Yamaha Tenere 700. We however offer the closest possible.
Features
- Hand MIG welded – It’s all about the strength! We continue to follow our philosophy: toughness and functionality over appearance.
- 22mm steel tube with 2mm wall thickness.
- Less is often more – One of our goals was to preserve the low centre of gravity feature of the Yamaha Tenere 700
- Tough mounting points – No cutting corners here (either)! Precision laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 4mm and 5mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb a lot of impacts from crashes, rather than your bikes chassis that”s worth thousands of dollars/Euros.
- Powder coated – combined with sandblasting it’s a killer combination to protect your product’s surface. No frills and tough just like your ADV/Dual Sport bike!
Skid Plate
- Protects crucial areas of the engine – oil pan, engine case, oil filter and the exhaust headers, side stand sensor and rear suspension linkage! That’s a long list of very expensive parts to expose to any sort of damage that could potentially end your ride and leave you stranded.
- Uniquely designed vent system – Not only unique but very-well thought out. No unnecessary holes were designed on this bash plate. As a result, your engine will less likely to overheat when mud and all sorts of debris, mud from off-roading fly at the engine and get stuck between the skid plate and the engine/exhaust header.
- True off-road and adventure shape – We avoid designing skid plates that are shaped like boxes, have sharp edges and corners and will guaranteed to restrict your rides off road.
- 4mm thick laser cut aluminum – It’s thick enough to withstand potential damage, yet lightweight.
- Powder coated – combined with sandblasting it’s a killer combination to protect your product’s surface. No frills and tough just like your ADV/Dual Sport bike!

Designed and manufactured by Outback Motortek. Hoop’s external dimension are 350mm (W) x 250 (H) made of 18mm diameter tubing. Symmetrical design. Full width of the pannier racks installed: 610mm.

X-Frame
Designed by Adventure Moto Australia and manufactured by Outback Motortek. The new X-Frames are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of Rotopax, hard panniers and soft luggage.
Matte black powder coated mild steel frames with an alloy X-bracket with multiple Rotopax mounting positions for custom weight distribution, as well as multiple tie-down points. You can even remove the X-Bracket from your frames when running Hard Luggage to reduce the frame weight.
