Product fit easily, well constructed, heavier than expected, now saves my panniers. Video instructions were pretty clear. Even with drilling I struggled a bit with the included screw until I ran a tap through, stainless is indeed tough. -1 because shipping within Canada was expensive and tracking said it would arrive on a Friday, did not arrive until the Tuesday.
