Features
- Hand MIG welded – It’s all about the strength! We continue to follow our philosophy: toughness and functionality over appearance.
- 22mm steel tube with 2mm wall thickness.
- Less is often more – One of our goals was to preserve the low centre of gravity feature of the Honda CRF300L
- Tough mounting points – No cutting corners here (either)! Precision laser cut pieces for perfect fitment using 4mm and 5mm thick metal mounts. These parts absorb a lot of impacts from crashes, rather than your bikes chassis that”s worth thousands of dollars/Euros.
- Powder coated – combined with sandblasting it’s a killer combination to protect your product’s surface. No frills and tough just like your Honda CRF300L!

David –
good protection for the CRF300L. For the price, the fit could be better between the top strut and the side pieces, and the bottom strut should be prevented from rotating with addition of alignment pins.

I believe Outback Motortek is genuinely interested in selling good products that’s why I’m taking the time to write this review.
I purchased the crash bars less than a year ago and haven’t had a single high-speed crash. I only dropped my bike during slow maneuvers on single tracks or a few times when I lost footing on uneven terrain.
The first time I dropped the bike while moving very slowly, and bike caught on a rock the right-side bracket bent, along with the cross braces. I disassembled and straightened all the parts and noticed how soft and malleable the crash bar material is. The long bolts are also extremely low quality all rusted after few months and one of them stripped when I tried to torque the bars back on, and I had to cut the nut to remove them.
Knowing I paid 420 CAD after taxes for this product, I’m very disappointed and frustrated with how poorly it performed.
